ABRADIUM ABRASION SCALE 5:All Scorpion ExoWear products are rated on our abradium scale depending on the materials in the garment. leather products rate highest on the scale with a 4 while textile materials rate at a lower number such as 2.


KWIKWICK LINER PANEL: This is not an actual entire liner but a 4” wide strip of moisture wicking material down the center of our everheat thermoliner. Just one more ingenious method that scorpion ExoWear out performs the competitors.


EXO-STITCH SAFETY SYSTEM: Even the strongest materials used to build a garment are useless if the seams blow apart. Our exo-stitch maximizes strength by stitching the seam, then folding it over and stitching it again. A painstaking process but worth every penny.


NIGHTVIZ REFLECTIVE: Experienced riders know all too well that our biggest enemy is not being seen by drivers. Our nightviz reflective accents at strategic locations on jackets, pants, and even gloves are your best defense against not being seen as the sun goes down.


EXO-TEC CE ARMOR: exo-tec ce approved armor is a protective foam pad located at the elbows, shoulders, spine and knees in case of impact. Each pad is ergonomically shaped to fit your body with ventilation for total comfort. Each pad is also easily removable.


EVERHEAD THERMAL LINER: A plush insulated design that does a phenomenal job at locking in body heat while it’s kwikwick feature disperses moisture. Simply unzip and completely remove the liner for warmer temperatures giving your jacket added versatility.


AIRGUARD WINDPROOF LINER: The perfect defense against wind and rain the airguard liner is also breathable which allows your bodys moisture to dissipate. On warmer dry days unzip and remove the liner for a cooler ride making your scorpion jacket multi-seasonal.


AIRVENT VENTILATION SYSTEM: This feature is a system of zippered vents to adjust air ventilation based on your current riding conditions. The typical scenario is closed vents in the cooler morning hours and as the day warms up the vents can be opened for a cooler ride.


4 SEASON CLIMATE CONTROL: Not referring to a specific feature but rather the jackets overall performance. A jackets vented mesh shell combined with our everheat thermoliner and airguard waterproof liner amounts to a jacket that is all-seasonal.
